Like all home owners, I store my leftover and touchup paint. Opening up containers that are partly full with small amounts of paint is when the problems start:

  • Rusty and stuck lids.

  • Paint with skin on the top.

  • Paint that has gone thick and is contaminated with flakes and lumps due to drying out.

  • Hard to read labels that make colour identification frustrating.

This happened to me one time to many.

I work with concrete coatings and need my clients to provide small containers that I can leave them for touchups. Most painters end up leaving their clients part-used pails of paint at the end of the job. After talking to painting professionals and packaging manufacturers I have developed the solution - Paint Pouch.

This solution is cost effective and practical. A permanent marker is used to write the paint information on the white panel. If the paint is at its correct consistency it is easy to pour into the 33mm spout without a funnel. By squeezing out the air you will ensure the paint will be in the same condition when re-opened.

The pouches are classed as soft plastic for recycling. Wasted paint is an environmental problem all around the world. Paint Pouch will reduce this.
